Refund Policy
After the purchase of Feel You Again™ is complete, there are no refunds provided. All payments must be made according to the payment schedule.
This policy applies to all Feel You Again™ program tiers — including Self-Guided, Core, and Core + Integration — as well as any future HER PRISM™ programs or services unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Access to all program materials is granted at enrollment, which is the basis for the non-refundable structure.

Lifetime Access Policy
You have ongoing access to the Feel You Again™ content hub. After your program timeframe is complete, you will retain access to all modules, learning lessons, guided practice audios, and downloadable action task PDFs.
After your program timeframe is complete:
- Access to the private peer community forum will end (unless you continue with Phase 2 Membership).
- Access to coaching check-in sessions will end.
- Any unused coaching check-in sessions will no longer be available for use.
Graduates are invited to continue their journey through Phase 2 Membership, RISE, or RENEW — each available at alumni pricing.

Monthly Payment Plan Policy
If you are on a payment plan, you are required to complete all of your monthly payments regardless of your activity in Feel You Again™. Failure to complete your monthly payments may result in denied access to your content hub, coaching check-in sessions, and private peer community forum.

Declined Payment Policy
As a client in Feel You Again™, you are required to complete all of your payments. You have 5 business days from the date of the payment decline to bring your account into good standing. Failure to bring your account into good standing may result in denied access to your content hub, coaching check-in sessions, and private peer community forum.

Coaching Session Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy
Feel You Again™ requires 1 business day notice to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 coaching check-in session. We understand that emergencies occur — particularly in clinical environments — and these will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a coaching check-in session scheduled and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will have 1 opportunity to reschedule. If you do not show up for that rescheduled session, you will forfeit the session and will not be able to rebook it.
All 6 coaching check-in sessions (Core tier) or 8 sessions (Core + Integration tier) should be booked during onboarding via the online calendar link in your welcome email. Sessions are 45 minutes each, scheduled biweekly.

Hours of Operation
HER PRISM™ offers the following hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET.
All client communication will be responded to within 1 business day or sooner during regular business hours. This includes responses inside the private peer community forum, email communications, and coaching session scheduling inquiries.

Coaching distinction
Coaching sessions in Feel You Again™ are delivered by a certified professional coach. The coach's background in neurology, vascular neurology, women's brain health, and lifestyle medicine informs the evidence-based approach. Sessions are coaching, not medical consultation or psychotherapy. Coaching uses inquiry and metacognition to guide self-directed progress. You are the expert in your own journey.

Testimonial & Use of Testimonial Policy
By submitting a testimonial form, you are agreeing to allow HER PRISM™ to use your testimonial for marketing purposes on all HER PRISM™ websites and social media pages. Given the confidential nature of this program and the professional concerns of our physician clients, HER PRISM™ commits to the following:
- Testimonials will be anonymized by default. Your name, institution, and specialty will not be used unless you provide explicit written permission.
- If you provide written permission to use identifying details, you may revoke that permission at any time by emailing the address below.
- HER PRISM™ may edit testimonials for length and clarity while preserving the meaning and intent of your original words. Substantive changes will not be made without your consent.
- Anonymized testimonials may be presented in clinical framing (e.g., "A 47-year-old academic internist, 18 years post-residency") consistent with the language this audience trusts.

Discount Policy
HER PRISM™ does not offer discounts unless otherwise advertised during a specific promotional period. If the specific promotional period has ended, no discount will be offered.
Feel You Again™ alumni receive the following standing benefits:
- Priority enrollment and alumni pricing for RISE (1:1 coached program).
- Alumni pricing for the RENEW retreat (specific terms set when the retreat opens).
- Alumni pricing for Phase 2 Membership.
These benefits are part of the alumni pricing structure available to all Feel You Again™ graduates — finalised when each pathway opens.
