This policy has two parts. The first covers everyone who visits this website or joins the mailing list. The second covers people enrolled in a HER PRISM™ programme, whose information is more sensitive and is handled under stricter rules. If you are a participant, please read both.
This section applies to you if you enrol in Feel You Again™ or any other HER PRISM™ programme.
You are never required to answer any question. You can complete the programme having shared as little as you wish.
Two things only: delivering the coaching to you, and evaluating and improving the programme. It is not used to market to you differently, it is not sold or shared for advertising, and it is not used to train any automated or machine-learning system.
Aleksandra Pikula, and no one else, other than the service providers who run the platforms the programme sits on (the course platform, the community forum, the email and payment providers) under contract and only as needed to operate them. Their servers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.
Your employer, hospital, university, insurer, licensing body and medical association are never given any of it — not your scores, not your participation, not the fact that you applied. HER PRISM™ has no relationship with any of them.
This is coaching, not medical care. Nothing collected here is a medical record, none of it forms part of your health record, and none of it is shared with any clinician unless you choose to share it yourself.
Aggregate, fully de-identified results from a group may be published on the Research page of this site. When that happens, only whole-group figures are reported — never broken down by role, specialty, age, region or any combination of them, because groups are small enough that such a breakdown could identify an individual.
To be explicit about what this is: it is programme evaluation for a coaching practice. It is not a research study, it holds no research-ethics board approval, and no academic or journal publication is planned. If that ever changes, participants will be asked for consent in advance and separately — existing data would not be repurposed.
Instrument responses and coaching notes are kept while you are enrolled and for 24 months after your programme completes, after which they are deleted. Records of the sales transaction itself are kept longer where tax and accounting law requires it.

HER PRISM™ operates from Ontario, Canada, and handles personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also hold rights under the UK GDPR or GDPR, and the same address reaches us.
We collect information from you when you register on herprism.co, purchase any HER PRISM™ program, respond to a survey or communication such as email, join the private peer community forum, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, professional credentials, or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Like many websites, we use cookies to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the "Do we use cookies?" section below.
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, respond to a survey or marketing communication, use the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our email list. As you browse HER PRISM™ websites, advertising cookies may be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in.
This applies to participant information as well as website information. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
Aggregated, non-identifying website statistics — page views and similar — may be shared with analytics and advertising providers. Programme participant information is never included in this, in any form, identifiable or not. Instrument scores, coaching notes and anything you write inside the programme are never provided to any third party for marketing, advertising or any other purpose.
To modify your email subscriptions, you can find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive emails already in production. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third-party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. This policy was last modified on September 1, 2026.
